KentPOS offer all clients the option of business hours support and 24/7 Premium Support. Our support lines are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. It doesn't matter when you call us – our dedicated staff are always available.


We will offer technical and remedial support after hours, but not training or back office type issues. The majority of the issues encountered are easily fixed remotely or by simple trouble shooting over the phone. In order to provide support all customers are assisted with connecting their POS to the internet.
